- The Value-Based Care Learning Collaborative is a year-long learning collaborative where participants learn about Medicaid value-based payment (VBP) arrangements in the District of Columbia, how these VBP programs can help improve practice financial stability, and how to work toward improving care and outcomes tied to payment.
