Description: Problem-solving therapy (PST) is a brief, focused type of cognitive-behavioral therapy for individuals with mild-to-moderate or behavioral health concerns. Weak problem-solving skills may be linked to the degree to which people experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, and adjustment challenges. Developing problem-solving skills can be an empowering and important factor for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, increasing resilience. This workshop will introduce the basic structure of PST, the role of the therapist, and some tools you can begin to use immediately.
