DBH/MTM Webinar Series – Business and Administrative Operations Best Practices Manual – Session 2: Value Based Care

The Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is pleased to announce that MTM Services (associated with the National Council for Behavioral Health) produced a Business and Administrative Operations Best Practice Manual to help providers adapt to our ever-changing healthcare environment and prepare for DBH’s transition to a Value-Based Care delivery system. The Manual serves as a resource to guide DBH providers towards producing measurable outcomes that objectively demonstrate the effectiveness of services, improvement in consumer health, and achievement of expected outcomes.
