This seven-month-long learning collaborative is designed for organizations to learn about housing, nutrition, and reentry services that are proposed to be part of the District of Columbia Medicaid program, and how to implement and receive payment for these services to improve your organization’s impact and financial sustainability. The session will provide an orientation to the project goals, offerings, and expectations for participation, and the next steps to support enrollment and completion of the initial assessment.
