Description: This hour-long presentation will briefly review the empirical evidence on the appropriate use of telebehavioral health and the clinical approaches that have been demonstrated to be effective and/or ineffective. The majority of the presentation will cover the clinical strategies for preparing the clinician for the telehealth visit, including assuring safety, anticipating problems, and engaging the member effectively when on the phone and when on video.
