Overview: The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) has established specific criteria for patient assessments and level of care determinations pertaining to substance use disorder (SUD) – providing the underpinnings for effective treatment and recovery from addiction. This webinar will provide attendees with practical tools and tips for implementation of Screening Brief Intervention and Treatment (SBIRT) including assessments, workflows, and reimbursement. Additionally, this webinar will focus on tracking and measuring outcomes in a meaningful way to ensure equitable outcomes. This session is approved by the American Academy of Family Physicians for up to 1 AMA Level 1 CME credit
