In partnership with the Department of Health Care Finance and DC Health, CRISP DC is excited to share that DC providers can now request access to utilize a new application, MyDirectives for Clinicians, for all your advance care planning needs. Create, upload, view, and provide patient access to advance care plans all within the CRISP DC Portal. This webinar will educate providers about the uses of MyDirectives for Clinicians, how to view the documents in CRISP, and how leveraging this application can be used to improve care coordination throughout the District.
