Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Learning Series
The Primary Care Behavioral Health consultation model is a team-based care approach that is collocated, collaborative and integrated within the primary care clinic. A behavioral health provider serves as a behavioral health consultant (BHC) to primary care providers and patients. This learning series will cover the brass tacks of behavioral health consulting. Attendees will come away with practical skills they can apply immediately to their work setting.
